Categories being offered are Bikini, Wellness, Figure, Women’s Physique, Bodybuilding, Men’s Physique, Classic Physique, teens and transformation.

Competitors may not participate in more than one category at a show. Example: you can’t register for Bikini and Wellness however you can enter bikini “open” and “masters” as long as it’s within the same category.

There will be a straight through show format.

Amature male divisions will be compared and judged beginning at 10a and end at approximately 1p. There will be a brief intermission between judging and awards.

The transformation category will be presented between men and women’s category.

The female segment will begin at 2:30 with the Wellness Pro Class followed by all amature female divisions.

Both male and female segments will have pre judging, a short intermission, individual routines, finals and end with awards.

DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.

NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it)

Teen: Ages 16-19. Debut: Open only to 1st time competitors with any organization. Novice: Open only to those who have not placed first in any class besides Teen within any division in the same category (Ex. Bikini) with any organization (unless was the only competitor in the class). Masters Divisions: Open only to those falling into the stipulated age range (ex. 40+ is age forty and over). Open: Open to anyone regardless of age and level of experience.

When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.

A “crossover” pertains to entering more than one division. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and/or a Masters division and compete in those classes as well. You can enter any number of divisions if applicable and you are eligible, but crossovers between categories (Women’s Physique, Bikini and Figure or between Men’s Physique, Men’s Classic Physique and Men’s Bodybuilding) will not be permitted.

Trophies will be awarded to the top five placements in each class. There will also be a male and female best poser awarded in teen division only.

All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If you need to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.

This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com

This is a 100% polygraphed event. All competitors must be drug free for a period of 7 years. Please review the OCB Banned substances List. You, as a competitor, are responsible to know the effects that certain supplements may present. Just because you may have bought it over the counter does not mean it is acceptable in the OCB. Please research carefully. The Banned substances list, along with any exceptions, is posted on our website, www.OCBonline.com

Polygraph cost is $60 and will be paid to the polygrapher at the time of the test. Please note that you CAN NOT be under the influence of any drug or alcohol for a minimum of 24 hours prior to drug testing. Photo identification is required. All competitors are subject to additional forms of testing, if requested, at the discretion and expense of the promoter. ALL pro-qualifying placement winners will also be subjected to urinalysis immediately after the placings are announced. And ALL top 3 PRO winners will also be subjected to urinalysis immediately after the placings are announced. Check Ins, Tanning and Drug Testing will take place on Thursday, Friday, March 7th and 8th. All competitors will need to check-in even if the drug test has been waived due to prior testing (polygraph tested within past 3 weeks with an approved polygrapher). Please contact us beforehand if you think your suit might be borderline inappropriate. All competitors will receive contest shirts and “goodie” bags at check-in.

All routines will be performed to house music provided by the DJ. No need to provide the promoter or DJ with music.

In order to limit crowding backstage, only one assistant per competitor will be allowed. Note: All non-competitors will need to purchase a ticket for admission to the event with no exceptions.

No tripods or anything that’ll obstruct the view of other spectators

Competitors will meet 15 prior to the start of their segment. Competitors, please read all emails sent out from the Captain’s Cup team.

PRO classes get 60 seconds for their routine/t-walks. All categories get 30 seconds for an I or T walk. Costumes/props will be permitted only if competitors can carry it on stage and it is in good taste. If a competitor chooses not to do a t-walk then he/she will just walk on stage after the bio is read, do 1 pose and wave and walk off.
